CLIENT: PM Reality Group.

AUDIENCE: Corporations or businesses seeking "Class A" office space in and around midtown Atlanta.

PURPOSE: The collateral "told a story" about buildings for lease. It informed the potential client of key building facts such as the building's historical significance, architectural details, or copy "romancing" the location.

Each sheet contained a map detailing the buildings location as well as amenities located around it. It was important to provide building "spec" sheets that capture the look and feel of the particular building for lease. Modern campuses for lease took on a modern design to reflect the spirit of the complex or possibly play off a key architectural design element on the property.
